Security and data protection
This page is not legal advice; it describes how the product works. Use it to see which controls are already in place while you prepare your own policies.
Is cold email compatible with GDPR?
The rules for commercial electronic messages vary with the recipient and the jurisdiction. Pocufy works with business-purpose, publicly available corporate contact details, adds an opt-out link to every email, and writes anyone who says they are not interested to a permanent blocklist. Compliance is not achieved by software alone: you are responsible for the text you send and your own data policy, and the software makes that easier.
Common questions
Only your account. Records are separated per account and are not visible from another customer's account.
Anyone who clicks the opt-out link or writes to say they are not interested goes onto a permanent blocklist. That list belongs only to your account and no campaign can override it.
Depending on the infrastructure and model providers used, processing may happen outside the country. If you ask, we will share in writing which data goes where.
You publish it on your own domain and link to it from your emails. You are the sender, so the notice has to be yours.
