This text summarises how Pocufy processes personal data: what is collected, why it is processed, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and the rights you have over it.
Data processed
Account data (name, email, company), usage records, authorisation details for the connected mailbox, and records belonging to your campaigns.
Purpose
Data is processed to deliver the service, to carry out targeting and personalisation, to monitor whether emails arrive, and for billing.
Retention
Records are kept while your account is active. When the account closes your data can be exported, after which your deletion request is applied.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed for the service to run. It is not passed to third parties for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Write to the contact address with any request.
