It reads your company website to work out your target audience, finds and scores the matching companies and the people who decide there, writes each of them a personal email, sends it, reads the reply and writes the suitable ones into your calendar as meetings. Three agents run that chain in order.
From public sources: professional profiles, company registers, map data and web search. We do not buy ready-made lists; the search runs again for your audience on every campaign.
Yes. Every step is visible on the live dashboard and the loop stops with one button. In approval mode, no email is sent before you have seen it.
You can. The list goes through verification, dead addresses are flagged, and anyone you have written to before goes onto the blocklist.

Email and spam
Your own. You connect your mailbox with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP and IMAP. You never join a shared sending pool.
The risk cannot be removed entirely, but three things bring it down sharply: your DKIM and SPF records being checked during setup, the daily volume climbing in steps on a warm-up plan, and the campaign stopping itself when the bounce rate rises.
It depends on the warm-up plan and your plan limit. On a newly connected mailbox the daily number starts low and climbs in steps; you can also cap it by hand.
You define the follow-up sequence when you build the campaign. Anyone who replies drops out of it automatically, and anyone who says they are not interested goes onto the blocklist.
Data, privacy and security
Pocufy works with business-purpose, publicly available corporate contact details and adds an opt-out link to every email. Anyone who says they are not interested goes onto a permanent blocklist and no campaign can override it. Your privacy notice is published on your own domain.
Records belonging to your account are held in Pocufy's infrastructure and only your account can reach them. You can export your lists at any time or ask for them to be deleted.
Only to process replies to your campaigns. The connection is made over OAuth and you can withdraw the permission at any moment.
No. Content belonging to your account is not used for model training.
Pricing and subscription
No. The 14-day trial asks for no card details.
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment. On cancellation your account becomes read-only and you can export your data.
