Terms of use
This text summarises the terms on which the Pocufy service is used: what the service covers, what you are responsible for, what is prohibited, how the subscription works and how changes to these terms are announced.
Scope of the service
Pocufy is software that derives a target customer profile from the company information you provide, finds the people who decide, and sends email from your own address.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content of the email sent, for the targeting, and for compliance with applicable law. Pocufy provides the tool; it does not stand in place of the sender.
Prohibited use
Misleading content, unauthorised data sources and unsolicited bulk messaging are prohibited. Breaching these rules leads to the account being suspended.
Subscription
The subscription is monthly and carries no commitment. On cancellation the account becomes read-only and data can be exported.
Changes
Changes to these terms are published on this page and announced with their effective date.
